No-Reason Returns
In accordance with the Hong Kong E-commerce Ordinance, you may request a refund without providing any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your product. We will process the full refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method or account used. If you paid in cash, we will refund you via bank transfer or by mailing a check.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for no-reason returns:
Used or Damaged Products
- If the product has been used or shows visible damage, it is not eligible for a return. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Damage to the product’s appearance, functionality, or performance
– Removal or loss of product labels, tags, or packaging
– Missing product accessories or components
- If the product has been used or shows visible damage, it is not eligible for a return. This includes, but is not limited to:
Torn or Removed Packaging/Labels
- If the product’s packaging or labels have been torn or removed, it will not qualify for a no-reason return as we will not be able to verify its original condition.
Custom or Personalized Items
- Custom or personalized products that are made according to the customer’s specifications cannot be resold and are not eligible for return under the no-reason return policy.
Perishable or Special Products
- For perishable items, cosmetics, or other products that require special handling, we cannot accept returns to maintain product quality and hygiene safety.
Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
Request a Return
– Log in to your account or contact our customer service team within 14 calendar days of receiving the product to submit a return request. Please provide the order number, product information, and the reason for the return.Return Instructions
